The HVAC and plumbing work for this project covered 260,000 SF of office and manufacturing area and was completed, commissioned, and turned over to the Owner in 10 weeks for Phase 1.5; and 7 months for Phase 2.0. The work included the installation of the following:
Phase 1.5 (2011)
- 385 ton air-cooled chiller
- (2) roof-top air handling units
- (31) hot water reheat VAV boxes
- (2) 60HP hot water boilers
- (7) chilled water and hot water pumps
- 500 LF of preinsulated underground chilled water piping
- 5200 LF of chilled and hot water piping
- associated ductwork, insulation, and controls
Phase 2.0 (2012)
- added the second 385 ton air cooled chiller
- added (6) roof top air handling units
- added (65) terminal units
- added (2) 60HP hot water boilers
- 10,000 LF of chilled and hot water piping
- associated ductwork, insulation, and controls
- emergency shower and eyewashes with tempered water heaters
- (3) refrigerated dryers for compressed air
