Theodore “Ted” Erickson set the standard for customer and employee loyalty when he began Erickson 's, Inc., a small contracting firm that has provided mechanical contracting to clients throughout the southeast since 1950. Until Erickson 's death in 2002, he always strived to surround himself with loyal, trustworthy individuals who could lead well and maintain the level of integrity and trust expected.
William C. (Clate) Ralston, Jr.
William C. (Clate) Ralston, Jr. is CEO and COB of Erickson Associates, Inc. Ralston has been employed by Erickson's since graduating from Georgia Tech in 1964. Ralston has extensive experience in project management and general office management. His experience includes all types of design-build projects, as well as, competitive bid projects that include hospitals, office buildings, civic centers, jails, housing projects, nuclear power plants and other specialty projects.
Edward B. (Brad) Harris
Edward B. (Brad) Harris is President of Erickson Associates, Inc. and has been employed by Erickson 's since 1979. He completed the requirements of the two-year program in air conditioning at the Savannah Area Vocational-Technical School in March, 1977. Mr. Harris also received Georgia State Construction Industry Licenses for Low Voltage Control Wiring and Class II Warm Air Heating and Air Conditioning, as well as, attending Trane Centrifugal School in Lacrosse, Wisconsin.
Brad Harris worked in the position as Erickson's Service Manager: Overseer of all service contract work and small construction projects. He was responsible for pricing service work, service contracts, and selected HVAC Jobs. Prior to joining Erickson's, Mr. Harris worked at Candler Hospital, Savannah, GA in A/C Shop Maintenance Supervision: Responsible for overseeing and maintaining preventive maintenance program for HVAC equipment.
